Chromed Bird, there is no dearth for good twitter clients in Ubuntu. Pino is Twitter and Identi.ca client for Linux desktop you might want to give a try at. It has an even simpler interface when compared to gwibber and looks promising overall.

- Simply copy-paste the following command into Terminal(Applications - Accessories - Terminal)
